Connie’s Pet Shop is staying open during this lockdown and delivering after 4pm Tuesday-Saturday.

As an essential business, we are equipped with all the necessary protection to keep you as safe as possible so you can continue to come into the store to shop. There is a wide range of products in store, from top quality pet food and treats to new and exciting toys and accessories.

The pet shop is open Tuesday- Saturday 10am until 4pm. We offer the choice of paying with cash or card, contactless payments are accepted.

Please feel free to come in and have a look around. We can allow two people in store at any one time.

For anyone who can’t get to the shop for any reason, we offer free delivery to local areas. All deliveries will be after 4pm when the shop closes. We will try and deliver the same day or the next working day.

After several months of working from a locked shop, which back in April and May was a very quiet place to be, it’s lovely to be able to welcome you all back.

Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us through this strange and difficult time. It means such a lot. We’ve spent Lockdown delivering to so many of you. Thank you, all of you.

I’m happy to say that going forward, I am keen to continue delivering to anybody in Kinver and the surrounding areas. Deliveries will be made once the shop closes at 2pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please don’t hesitate to phone or text your order through to me. It doesn’t matter how small your order is, I’m happy to deliver it directly to your door, contact free. You don’t even have to see me! I’ll just ring the bell or send you a text to say it’s on your doorstep once I’m back in the car.

New shopping experience

When you visit the shop, for the time being you’ll find things a bit different. We feel very anti-social, but following government health and safety advice and after undertaking a thorough risk assessment, we will only be able to serve from the door. The new way of working was trialled last week and I’m glad to say, worked very well. We will keep 2 metres away from you and are equiped with all the necessary PPE to keep us all safe.

Still taking cash

We will still be taking cash. All change we give out will have been disinfected and we are taking card payments at the door too (no minimum spend).

Our stocks are replenished regularly and we will do our very best to fulfill your orders. But due to high demand, this may not always be possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding at this time.
